Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country.
• You are responsible for your account, your password, and activity that happens under it.
• Your username must follow SAWL's username rules and must not impersonate another person.
• One person, one account — do not create accounts to evade a block, ban, or restriction.

Acceptable use

Do not use SAWL to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate anyone.
• Post illegal content, spam, scams, or malware, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Collect other users' information without their consent.
• Probe, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to SAWL, its infrastructure, or other accounts.

You can block and report users in the app. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice in serious cases.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, posts, photos, and videos you create. By posting content on SAWL, you give us permission to store and display that content to the audience you chose (for example, the public, or your friends) as part of operating the service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where copies are kept briefly in backups or the content was shared with others who still have their own copies, such as messages in their inbox.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information SAWL collects and how it is used, and forms part of this agreement.

Availability and liability

SAWL is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for content posted by users. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months — which, for a free service, is nothing.

Ending your use

You can stop using SAWL at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update this page and change the date above. Continuing to use SAWL after a change means you accept the updated terms.
