About SAWL
SAWL is a social chatting platform built around simple, private conversations. Chat one-to-one with friends, follow what they share, and post your own updates — without the noise of a giant public network.
What you can do on SAWL
- Have private one-to-one conversations that update in real time, with typing indicators and read states.
- Find people by username, send friend requests, and build your own circle.
- Share text, photo, and video posts — publicly or with friends only.
- React to and comment on posts, and get notified when friends interact with yours.
- Control your account from Settings, including privacy, notifications, and account deletion.
How SAWL works
Create an account with your email address or with Google, choose a unique username, and you are ready to chat and share. Public posts can be seen by anyone visiting SAWL; everything else is limited to the people it is shared with, enforced by server-side access controls — not just by hiding things in the app.
